as far as upper management from what i gather is that everyone there seems to be THE supervisor/i also recvd a letter from them stating we owe over $100 that my husband wrote 2 1/2 yrs ago/funny thing is he hasnt, to our knowledge, ever had his name on a checking account since we came back to this area.So how could he sign a check/we have talkd to 2 criminal attourneys and the county attourney who both said that we have the right to get a copy of the "supposed check" ncc refusd to send a copy saying that their lawyers have the check.when askd for the lawyers name address or phone number,they refused that info also. all 3 attourney say they cant send anyone to jail, like they have threatend my husband with,without going through the county attourney who will then contact the person for a chance to pay first.we were legally advised to not pay without seeing a copy of the alleged check first. ncc said the only way we would see it is if we paid it in full or when we went to court.guess what we aren't paying it till that time. all 3 said it sounds to fishy more like fraud especially if they refused a copy of the check
