Afer reasearching this further in the archives of this
forum, I'd like to amend the above question: I found a
reference by Why Chat to someone's cash - if the cash
was from a 401K liquidation (or other retirement fund),
and it could be proved (and this is before the BK had
been filed for by this individual) then it cuold not be
touched. Am I understanding this correctly? Thanks,
