I cosigned my girlfriend on a loan we brokeup
she took the car and has been making late payments for a year now. not one payment on time
she's destroyin my credit the bank is not helping
me she wont switch the car to her name for unknown
reasons and she wont give me the car back after a
verbal agreement she wont give me the adress to
where the car is can somebody help me with this
problem and i cant get loan now that i need one
because of the payment history done on the car
this is affecting my credit & my daily life.
