Tom,

They can not re-age your debt unless you begin making payments and even then they can report it to the credit agencies. Even if you do pay them, it depends on state laws if they can re-age it.

My suggestion is to just send them the standard CEASE AND DISIST certified letter and you can find samples on the web if you search. After that, the only way they can contact you is to say they have received the letter and/or they are sueing you. In that case, they would have to validate the debt, which in most cases, they can not do.
