I have to tell you that I recieved the same kind of offers for charged-off'd accounts from Capitol One. I ignored all the offers. Time passed and I was then hit with many collections from CAMCO and other scum collection agency's. So, I figure that's where my nightmare started. If there is a way to stop it before it starts. Do so. There are other people here that can give you advice. I am still learning. but, that was my experience.
