The "SOL" letter from my website will probably do the job. I suggest you opt out to prevent the fishing expeditions from scam scum ca's.

As an additional comment, IMO, although many consumer sites say that paying on an account will "re-age" the legal SOL, I have not found ANY State where that is true for a consumer debt. They ALL have some kind of requirement for any waiver of rights to be in the form of a properly signed contract, (like the "offer"you were given).
