Citibank account that was closed due to a lost card

I just got a copy of my TransUnion credit report. It lists my citibank card twice under two account numbers. One is for a card that I lost and the second was the replacement card. The account for the lost card says:
Acct Closed By Credit Grantor
Updated: 12/1999
Balance $720
Closed 11/1999
Past Due: $50
Status as of 11/1999: 60 Days Past Due
In Prior 1 Month From Date Closed 1 Time 60 Days Late It seems to me that this makes it seem as if that account was never paid off when in actuality the account that replaced it is paid off in full. Is this taken into consideration? How can I address this if at all?
