I was contacted by this firm today for a check that is 3 years old for an account I never owned. After contacting the original creditor and my local district attorney to inquire about my obligations, I flied complaints with the FTC, The Attorney General of NJ, the BBB, and the USPS since mail fraud is a crime. Hopefully if enough of us do this companies like this will be no more.
