Personally speaking, I don't think his relationship by marriage to a BK trustee is an asset, if she even had the APPEARANCE of favoritism she could be sanctioned.

As to his being "friends" with the other 2 trustees, in my opinion someone who boasts of their "connections" rather than their own qualifications and expertise is likely to be well connected, unqualified and inexpert.
