I got a letter from Equifax in response to a CRRR dispute letter that I sent them. They wrote me back and told me that they have forwarded my information on to someone else, as they are not responsible for researching my account. What does this mean?
I thought they were responsible for what they were reporting on my account. Thanks in advance.
