so what do you do if you get a letter from them? a friend of mine got one for a 90.00 check from 2000, and they want 300.00 for the payment, or they said they would get ahold of local athorities, and have a warrant issued, she is scared to death too. And no one will talk to her when she calls. Can they do what they say?
