Aha...I see where you are coming from. Don't want to seem sue-happy and want to make it seem like I followed proper procedure. Now, the oc has already acknowledged their mistake...inwriting, lol. This, along with the cr's are starting a nice "discovery" folder for opposing counsel and exhibits.

Like it. Just need to calculate damages and fines permissable under law. Had hubby apply for something to indicate denial due to the "bk" he never filed. we shall see what happens.
