I am at my wit's end! I am trying to find a mortgage loan, but my situation's a little harry. First of all, I have five judgements, at about $20,000. I will go ahead and dispute those. Additionally, I have some charge-offs, but all of my bad debts are 5 years old or older. The problem is that I have no positive credit by that long because I started buying everything in cash. I have enough money for 3% down, with at least 5% in a few months. Oh yeah... I'm in the IT industry, so I had a bout with unemployment the last two years (even though I had a good job now, making good money.) Is there a company out there that can help me? Or am I just out of luck....
