I have a question and if anyone else has experienced please post. Litton has mortgage. Forced place insurance coverage...said they never received information that was faxed to them numerous times. Mortgage payment doubled. I continued to send regular payment. They sent the last three payments back...Filed foreclosure with JPMOrgan and Chase as the mortgage lender. I hired an attorney..He filed notice of appearance on the 5th of March. On the 28th of February they finally credited my account for the forced place insurance. On the 31st of March the judge signed the order of sale and never notified anyone of hearing date etc.
Now they want an extra 10M or sale will be on the 28th. I live in Florida ..Anyone got any suggestions.
