I am telling you that foreclosure proceedings were done...and a final judgement was enter and Litton Loan is the mortgage holder and foreclosure was granted to Jp Morgan and Chase. And yes the attorney is supposed to be filing all objections and and short of hiring another attorney and incurring more expense I really was asking if anyone else has experienced such a scam in the mortgage industry. I will contact whom ever if anyone else can give me leads.
