It's not time-barred.. we know that much (we're not old enough to have been granted credit and an SOL to have run by now.)

I'm just curious what they're likely going to try and do to threaten us. OH is a single-party state so I'm going to look into a tape recorder when I get my unemployment check on Thurs. ;)
I'm sending them a validation letter with a C&D/phone wrapped in it. Mail only.
I want the recorder just in case ;)
Any further thoughts?
