Scott is correct, however, when disputing an account do not just say "not mine", be specific, something like, re. acct. # xxx on my report from XXX, I have no knowledge of any account with this company, for the amount of $xxxx, for the date of xxx as shown.

If you are specific in your dispute they must do more than match your name,and it is easier to get a deletion.
