Does anyone know if Transunion sends a standard letter to you listing all your creditor info when you send in a dipute letter? They signed for my dispute on April 3 and today I got this letter from them. It says thank you for contacting blah blah, you may contact your creditors directly blah blah. It does not say a word about the diputes I had listed in my letter. Is this the standard procedure or are they not doing an investigation into my disputes?
