I did send a copy of the Providian's letter to Experian (to start) and basically they ignored it. In response, they sent me my CR and a "little" remark about why the account status didn't change. It said that already was investigated and added my consumer rights for Colorado. That's why I thought validation was the way to go. By the way, the "new holder" entry was deleted. Thanks and please help.
