So would you think it would be better to file BK or just live with the judgments if they can't take the house anyway and can't garnish wages in SC? Just wondering what would be more harmful the BK or the judgment. I have no plans of moving in the next 10 years and both would affect my credit for the same time, right??

Also, would a Quit Claim Deed (signed by my husband) keep them from being able to place a lien on the house if it's just in my name?? But the mortgage payment is in both names??
