I just spoke to TU about DOLA showing on a CR that I recieved yesterday. When I called both reps I talked to said,
#1. That the report that I have didn't have a date of last activity. (As I was looking at it) #2. That the date of last activity that they show is one month later that the one that is showing on my report. They both asked where I purchased the report from and were quite shocked when I told them TU's website. Should I just wait it out (they will drop off 6/2003) or for the sake of others should i pres the issue with the FTC? thanks for all you guys help. Marty
