see what you do now is pretend you did not receive it for 2 more days. Then you fax them an intent to sue letter today telling them they have ignored your request. Then on thursday you file a small claims against them. then on friday their letter shows up in your mailbox providing proof of their transgressions which you can use in court against them. hahahahaha. ok maybe not but where is the punishment for them in this. They do this to thousands of people and even though they corrected yours I would bet my children they do nothing for the other people.
