Wolpoff & Abramson are a bunch of crooks. Our credit card division will not use them because their dirty tactics steal money from both the bank and the customer. It makes the bank look bad and makes it look like the bank did something illegal. Word gets around to customers who are not in debt and the banks that hire Wolpoff & Abramson lose customers. If accounts get to the point that attorneys have to be used to collect money, use firms more honest than Wolpoff & Abramson.
