Whatever you do Keep that credit report. If they reported it as a revolving charge acct. that could help in the SOL defense. Go down some posts below to the Post Newcomers please read first. Go to WhyChats link and find the correct statute and code for your state. I believe it is a credit card , the FDCPA and TILA should give you a better understanding until WhyChat or Lady or Scott come on board. Hope I helped you a little.
