Right,

I vote with Michel. Don't call, you never know what they are sucking out of your phone. Send a letter for C&D. It is rather patently illegal for John Ames, if that really is his name, to so kindly offer to ruin your credity. Mr. Ames needs to have his fine efforts reported to the FTC so that he can receive credit for his character disorders and toil in anonymity no longer. Won't you help him by writing the FTC at once?
Why do pinworms of the ilk of John Ames speak to people as they do? Because they get away with it. Because so many people are frightened to death of these bullies and unaware of their rights.
Yes indeed, Mr. Ames needs to have his fine works described in detail to the FTC. Perhaps they'll bake him a nice cake as tribute.
By the way, if he calls again, for your old friend Keyser's sake, would you kindly ask if he's one of the famed Ames Brothers? You know, about four decades ago brother Ed Ames played 'Mingo' on Daniel Boone and in the late 'sixties had a hit with the tender ballad, "My cup Runneth Over." Just curious, perhaps he's the lost Ames Brother.
Or perhaps he's no relation to the solid Yankee quartet known for their solid musical submissions. Perhaps this Ed Ames is the missing experiment from Ames Genetic Labs. You know, the mishap involving selective inbreeding.
On second thought, should he grace your phone yet again, ask him where he buys his custom tailored polyester suits. The ones with the rear flap to cover his corkscrew tail.

Gracefully yours,

Keyser Soze

" You, you, you, I'm in love with
You, you, you..."
"You", c. Ames Brothers

PS - Check out the recent cover duet version
sung by Alanis Morissette and the guy who
paints his face red and smashes things with
a sledge hammer. You know, Henry something..
