Experian Report / NCO

I got an Experian report last month and I looked at it today online and see that NCO Financial has added 4 accounts to my credit for hospital bills and for MBNA. The hospital bills show that that were posted on 1/01 and 3/02. Can they do that? I know that they are within SOL but I guess since I haven't responded to their calls about the MBNA they dug up others that they had from years ago.
