Putting your distress as caused by CA tactics on record with the doctor is the first and paramount step. Their word is still tacit in court, they are admitted witnesses.
And no doctor worth his salt wants to see his patients sickened by some amoeba from a scumbag CA. Tell the doctor, tell him in complete detail. Then let the cruel stupid sandfleas eat their deeds in court. They can wash it down with a nice Chianti.
