I think they would probably try to make me file Chapt 13 because we make decent money but it would all go to debts and have nothing left over. Maybe they won't sue for the debts we owe and if so maybe we can work something out. He only has the one charge off so it would be best for him to try to work something out with Wachovia. It has just been turned over to collection with a $9000 balance so maybe they will offer him some kind of settlement on it.

My credit is trashed with 4 medical bill collections from NCO ($217, $209, $446 just recently added for bills from 8/00 and 1/02), charge off from Citibank $2700 and MBNA $3700 and collection account for the MBNA from NCO! So maybe it would be best for me to just wait it out 5-6 years because I think they would try to make me file Chapt 13 and then I would still be making payments.
