When you're looking at 'normal' expenses, you do NOT include payments to creditors. Sparingly ? Well, you can show some expense for minimum 'entertainment' but don't overdo it.
Just go thru and pick up everything you normally spend money on. If you and your family eat out 2-3 times a week, that would be excessive. Once or twice a month with a movie thrown in would not.
Include any expenses for your home, your kids, personal care (ladies can rack this up with haircare, makeup, hygiene products, etc.), your car and, of course, your utilities - phone, electric, gas, and water. Insurances, medical co-pays, dry cleaning, shoe repair, regular vehicle maintenance (tire rotations, oil changes, wiper blades, fluids etc.), cell phones ARE allowed. If you've got kids in school you add in all the stuff you spend for their school work, projects, trips, meals, etc. Professional publications/books as well as birthday and holiday gifts, postage & shipping, bank fees (checks, maint fees,etc.)...

I think you get the idea...
