The Ca 2 year SOL for "unwritten contracts" is intended for those "pre authorized" cards that people used to get, and telephone applications where there was NEVER a signed application.

It is NOT, IMO applicable to a credit card where there WAS a signed application,even if they can't produce the signed form,unless someone is claiming id theft.
