I assume you mean it was charged off over 10 years ago? The next time they call, before you say ANYTHING else, ask for the name of the person you are speaking to and the address of the Company, then you say, "This call is being recorded, please speak clearly as it will be used in my filed complaint to the Fl. Attorney General's Office and the (name of your County)'s Sheriffs office. IF you get an address, then file a complaint with the FTC and the Fl. dept. of consumer affairs. The link to them is on the Florida page of my website. You can also contact Scott at his e-mail address and add yourself to the class action suits against Camco.
