I have been dealing with this company (National Check Control)for over at least 5 or 6 months now attempting to clear the air about a debt that they claim was never paid, and clearly was. I even have full documentation proving it! The rep I spoke with was a Mark Greenburg (ext 239!)who has been uncooperative and plain RUDE! He has even called my place of employment and spoke to my fellow employees about the situation. Even after having multiple letters sent from Certegy, the company who they claim the debt is from, clearing my name (several returned as refused by sender, he still will not give me a letter clearing my name saying that my debt with NCC was never paid. I would love to sue the pants off this company for harrasement, etc! Please keep me informed! I have kept notes on nearly every conversation with this company from the start as I just had a feeling this would be a problem. I have kept every piece of documentation. Please contact me about updates what I can do.
