IT is not gull state. They are gulf state credit or one of 300000 other names they call themselves. They are a collection agency. They cannot legally tell you about any debt. they can only ask for information and only once. You cannot call them because they cannot legally discuss it.There are many address to them so without knowing which state I cannot tell you.
