Looks like FirstUSA has merged your husbands file with someone who died. I'd be on the phone first thing Mon. morning to FirstUSA screaming I'm ALIVE! SAdly, that stuff happens. Was the rest of his report correct? Any strange addresses? Post back after you rattle FirstUSA's cage.
