Northland is sherman. They are scamming you. If I come up to you and threaten to beat you half to death unless you pay me $250 a week are you gonna pay or call the cops? They always renig on their agreements, too. I have heard the deletion story and they never delete or they will delete like promised and a month later put it back so technically they kept their word. NEVER send ANY CA your DL and SS. holy cow you are asking for a a$$ whuppin. Send them a validation letter. you can find one on creditnet. If they cannot prove it they must delete. Since the account is bogus there is no way to prove it. You have damages already. Send it faxed or certified. If you can wait on the loan just do it by the book and I can talk you through your lawsuit against them and then you do not need a loan.
