If a ca is working an acct,. for a oc, what can they do..ex, can they sue, issue a 1099C,...If the CA OWNS the acct. what can they do under those circumstances??I live in fl. and am having several lg cc in charge off stage. just want to know...also if it goes to judgement....what terms is it in my best interest to try to negotiate, ex..deletion, rate, $ amt. what else.. If a settlement is reached at judgement in writing...how do you insure that the oc, or ca wont sell the balance to another ca...thanks
