Bad Credit Loans

I have approx. 13,000 in medical and credit card bills.
I want to get a loan to pay off all of them and reduce the amount that I spend ext.
But I can't consolidate because I don't have enough equity in my house and I can't get a bank loan because my credit score is only like 580 and I have to much debt ext.
Anyway are there any other options for me?
I would be able to pay good and on time if I could get a loan to pay off all of these bills. Right now I am paying 500 a month on them. I don't have any bankruptcy or repos or anything. Thank you
