No you shouldn't be worried.. and don't listen to the "jen" with lower-case letters.. she works for NCC and is trying to scare you. I guess that's the best way they can figure to get people to pay - posting false testimonials... and wow.. posting information about other peoples' debts in a public forum.. they're going to get hit SO hard when they do.
