If it is past SOL, it is very unlikely it can be sent back to the OC as it has been BOUGHT by the CA.

Once they receive your letter, they will likely resell it to another CA.

If you wait at least 30 days AFTER yo get back the green card and then dispute the CA account to the CRA as "not mine","no such account for ths amount" "no such account for these dates"It will likely be deleted from the reporting CA, however, getting the OC deletion should wait until the CA deletion has been accomplished.
