I have an interesting question. I have a credit card which has a very rewarding points plan: The GM Card. It earns you 5% from every purchase toward a new GM car. I happen to be in the market for a new car, and I was trying to earn points without actually purchasing anything. For example, I used to be able to e-mail money to myself through a C2IT, a 'Paypal-like' service, by charging it to my credit card. It showed up as a purchase (not a cash advance), I got the points, paid back the crdit card company, and did it again. Regrettably, C2IT now charges a hefty fee for their services. Anybody have any other such ideas, or possibly even some other company where I can e-mail money to myself? Thanks.
