Dear Weisus;

WhyChat speaks wisdom and truth. Please follow his advice assiduously and protect yourself from these predators. AssXXXX hAcceptance Copro-ration is nothing but a concatenation of collagenous crooks masquerading as 'highly trained collections professionals' who uphold the 'highest standards of the industry'. Right. This is akin to stating that those objects which are sometimes seen floating on the lawn directly above a failed septic system are the 'highest forms of artistic expression'.
This company is expanding in the manner of untreated hyponatremious goiter, bloating forth with boiler room and outhouse basement orifices all over the country. Why? Well, because they are really, really good at taking money from people who really don't need to pay it.
THe debt is beyond the statutes, you did not restart the statutes by anything you did. THe fact that the scumfly from this company is telling you to write an agreement for them to sign is telling. What they are after is your signature, the better to transpose it to documents of their creation, which they will use to reduce you financially for their own gain.
Please, file all complaints with the FTC and your state AG as well as the BBB. They claim the statute in Michigan runs from the last payment?
Well, my, my, Sapphire! When did Michigan become a sovereign nation? Federal statutes define default as occurring with the next payment due which is missed and not made up, regardless of how many payments are subsequently made, period.
But, hey, this is a scumbag CA who will say and do anything to get money from anyone firm in the belief that rules do not apply to them and when caught, lie, and then make it your fault.
One trick they like to pull is to smear your name on court summonses. This is a cheapshot ploy to prejudice the court against you and it is seen for that which it is, even in the courts believe it or not.
Do not talk to these bums anymore. Pay them nothing. They 'bought' this debt for less than a penny on the dollar, it is legally uncollectable. Why not visit the AAC website, it makes for chillingly infuriating reading. Check out Wayne County, MI tax records, as well as those for Polk County, Florida. Note the lavish lifestyle of the well nourished gent who founded this veneral gang of gluttons. Note his picture available by running his name on the search engines. Does he look like he needs your money to buy some more skinless party franks? So why give it to him?
You give them a penny, they'll be back for a buck. Discharge your 'debt' with them, they'll take the money, buy some more 'debts' or just plain make them up and start trouble all over again.
If these cat-box-cookies sue you, you have an absolute defense, the debt is beyond statute, end of case. You are in the catbird seat. Nail these punks. And I so apologize to punks everywhere for defaming your good name by comparing you with the 'collections professionals' from this piratical cabal.
The only contract you should send them - unsigned, and I'm joking, sorta - is one which stipulates that when Rufus "Bud" "The Dean of Bad Debt" Reitzel turns over all of his property deeds to you and signs you on to his no doubt bloated offshore accounts, then and only then will you pay them what they claim you owe, provided they accept Monopoly (r) money. A fair deal from where we all sit.

Monopolistically,

Keyser Soze
