i've got these crooks also. I have two collection accounts on my credit bureaus from sherman acq that list the oc as osi/gulf state credit. i have sent a validation letter to sherm with no response and have disputed both to experian (twice) which verified both times. what a joke. i have no earthly idea what debt they are trying to collect and don't know the next step. i have a 15 day with threat to sue waiting beside me, but i wanted to get advice on what to do next. should i send it? or should i send one to osi? the problem is i don't even know who the oc is. thanks! duke
