Duke, what did you dispute with the CRA's ?

Send the last validation letter you sent to Sherman attached with another letter to the CRA's. If Sherman can't/won't validate, then they sure as hell can't come back as VERIFED with the CRA's ! Also ask the CRA's for a procedural report on HOW they verified, since Sherman has NOT validated on that same account.
