i sent the first letter on 2/13 and got the green card back signed on 2/19.

i guess i made the mistake of disputing it on-line that it wasn't my debt rather than send them a letter.

i haven't seen the new report yet, but the results of the investigation as of 4/18 lists them as "remains".

the lady on the phone said that she saw where i had disputed them twice. should i send them a letter requesting a procedural report? or just call them?
