Why Chat..Lady...question?

Why Chat helped me take care of dh's repo back in November. The case was dismissed in 03-02. Attorney contacted me in Oct 02, stating missed payments. I sent why chat's validation letter to the attorney and requested copies of repo, etc. Never heard from him again. DH's credit report came today, and it shows Colorado Capital which was the plaintiff in the suit, and it shows item supressed pending credit grantor update. What does this mean, and what can I do about it?
