You both gave me very insightful (and colorful) information. I obviously was very scepticle of the CA and that is why I came to you guys. I do have to admit that I have heard from several sources that the statute regarding lawsuits restarts after the last payment recieved (which was 4 months ago), but as Why Chat mentioned that varies from state to state, hence my confusion. I will take action on your suggestions and again, I can't fully convey my gratitude to all of you that take the time to guide your fellow consumers through the fog. Thank you again. Weisus....
