I just visited your site, and a couple of comments and questions arose. First, wow what a great site, thank you for making this kind of resource available to the public. Two, your letters sent a chill up my spine, especially the CA SOL notification, there fantastic; however I guess it is lines like this that add to my confusion: "The starting date of this statute of limitations being the later of the date of last activity, or the date of first default." To me this does sound like a payment might constitute the date of last activity, in which case they would have legal grounds. What am I misreading here? As I mentioned, I am a credit moron, and I know you've probably explained this a million times, but could you please do it one more time??? Thank you in advance, and answer at your leisure, I will still follow your previous advice to a T, I was just looking for a little more insight. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Weisus
