I believe I answered your concern about your income from your partnership before,if it is "income" and not payment for services it cannot be garnished as can your pay.

The assets of a partnership are exempt from BK in Fl. under the Uniform Partnership Act.So it cannot be taken from you in BK.

I URGE you to see a BK lawyer, the first consultation is usually free. You do not seem the sort who can withstand years of worry and aggrevation and fighting numerous CA lawyers and having constant fears about what you should be doing.
