OK- Az. has a 3 year SOL for credit cards,which eans you are beyond the time for any LEGAL action to collect on the Providian CC.

I suggest you send the CA for the Providian account the SOL letter from my website, then when you get the green card back, follow up with the letter to CRA's which follows the SOL letter.

DO NOT try to "settle" on any CC account that is past SOL,all you will do is get it re-aged.
