They can do asset searches from any number of sources. They start with your credit report, which shows any outstanding loans on homes or cars. Then there's public records.. which is where he found your property records. Obviously, the county's a little slow in recording the transaction, so ignore his bullcrap and nastiness.

IF they sue you in CA, it won't do them a damn bit of good. With you in ID they can't take anything unless they domesticate the judgment to ID FIRST.
